Stephen Ross Richard Roll Margaret Hotopp Andrew Jeffrey Rick Antle

A widely published author in finance and economics, Stephen Ross is best known as the inventor of the Arbitrage Pricing Theory and the Theory of Agency, and as the co-discoverer of risk-neutral pricing and the binomial model for pricing derivatives. His book, Corporate Finance, is in its seventh edition. A founder of several investment service firms and consultant to many investment banks, Steve is Fellow of the Econometric Society, a past president of the American Finance Association, a director of Freddie Mac, and a trustee of the California Institute of Technology. Steve is the Franco Modigliani Professor of Financial Economics at MIT.

Richard Roll is a world-renowned expert in finance with a particular emphasis on the analysis of data required to apply the latest financial theories to practice. He is the author of three books and more than eighty-five articles in scholarly journals. A founder of several businesses himself, he has consulted to many corporations, law firms, and government agencies. Roll founded and directed the mortgage securities research group of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Richard is the Japan Alumni Chair in International Finance at the Anderson Graduate School of Management, University of California Los Angeles.

Greta Hotopp has a background in stock options trading, financial litigation consulting, and accounting standards-setting in several international financial centers. A veteran of U.S., European and Asian capital markets, she has directed a financial derivatives trading firm, and served on the board of a public derivatives exchange. Greta holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management, and a degree in applied economics from Cornell University.

Andrew Jeffrey specializes in financial modeling, derivative securities valuation, and research into the component influences on the exercise behavior of stock option holders as well as the term structure of interest rates. He has considerable expertise in performing financial simulations. A published financial mathematician, Andrew has a background in the technical aspects of financial valuation. An Australian, Andrew has a PhD from the University of New South Wales.

Rick Antle is an author of the textbook Financial Accounting, and has 30 years' experience in accounting research and consulting. His widely published work has focused on managerial compensation and performance evaluation, corporate governance issues, and accounting rules for revenue recognition. His consulting engagements have focused on his expertise in valuation, employee compensation, and accounting and auditing standards. Rick is the William S. Beinecke Professor of Accounting at the Yale School of Management.
